Clearleft Ltd Software License Agreement.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement ("AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Clearleft Ltd ("CLEARLEFT") for the software product identified above, including any associated media and accompanying on-line or printed documentation and also any patches or updates ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
Future versions of the software may not be covered by this AGREEMENT.
By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by CLEARLEFT and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.

A free limited unregistered version (“TRIAL VERSION") of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is available for evaluation. You can obtain a private license key and register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, which will allow you to use the full version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("REGISTERED VERSION"). The license key may only be valid for a limited duration, or may be valid indefinitely.

LICENSE FOR THE TRIAL VERSION
This LICENSE grants you the following rights and limitations, regarding the TRIAL VERSION:

You may install and use the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purposes, on an unlimited number of computers.

You may NOT distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT commercially, or charge a fee for media handling without prior permission from CLEARLEFT.

Magazines or other publications may NOT publish the software on cover disks, CD-ROM, or other media without prior permission from CLEARLEFT.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.

To register this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you may only use your personal license key, provided by CLEARLEFT or another authorized party. You may not attempt to 'discover' your key or write software to do so. You may not use a key that belongs to someone else.

LICENSE FOR THE REGISTERED VERSION
This LICENSE grants you the following rights and limitations, regarding the REGISTERED VERSION:

If you are a consumer or single person business, you may install and use the REGISTERED VERSION on any number of computers, as long as it is for your own personal or business use.

If you are a multi-person business or organisation, each LICENSE permits you to install and use the REGISTERED VERSION on a single computer.

You may not make your license key available to others.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR HOLDERS INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, OR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR HOLDERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
